seismic clouds?

It's well know that nature tends to forewarn us when some big thing is about to happen. Seemingly and coinciding with the latest major earthquake in China, the theory about seismic clouds has been confirmed once again, along with 38 cases over a ten-year global observation period.



To a certain extent, there's an interesting entry in Wikipedia about it all and one cannot but wonder... WTF?
